Care & sterilisation

Clean cups with warm water and a mild, non-abrasive detergent after every session, then disinfect according to your protocol. Cups used for wet cupping must be single-patient or sterilised to clinical standard before reuse. Inspect valves and rims before each use.

Can I use cupping alongside my PEMF mat?

Yes. Many practitioners use dry cupping before or after a PEMF session to support circulation and muscle recovery. Follow the contraindications in the notice below.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes for dry cupping, provided you follow the included guidance. Wet cupping (Hijama) should only be performed by trained practitioners.
